The Wonthella Progress Association (WPA), Geraldton’s oldest neighbourhood development group has a rich history which dates back to the early 1930’s. The WPA is now approaching a new era as it embraces technology and social media. The Association invites all residents and supporters to become a part of the vision of working together to make Wonthella a friendly and vibrant place to live that nurtures community spirit. The WPA also aims to recognise and preserve the history and pioneering spirit of the original settlers.
